3. R&D Capability
Design Sketch
Design based on market research and customer needs, and give a variety of conceptual sketches.
Design Finalization
Select the scheme from manysketches, gradually improve itand then finalize the designrendering.
Produce Precise Drawings
According to the design planmake accurate CAD and 3D production drawings.
Mold Making
Determine the accessory mold according to the production drawing, make the mold, and then make sample parts.
Parts Quality Inspection
Check each sample part's size, function, structure appearance and strength to meet the requirements.
Sample Fitting
After checking all the sample parts, conduct sample trial assembly and testing.
Problem lmprovement
Return the problematic moldsand parts for modification, and improve the problems and deficiencies.
Finished Product Confirmed
After solving all the problems, test again until the finished product is fully qualified for mass production.
Package Design
Design the most reasonable packaging to save the volume to the greatest extent, and do drop tests to ensure safety during transportation.
